Who are the support experts?

Remote Services is an integrated partnership with the UK company OPUS IVS. They help workshops with complex repairs and vehicle-related problems and are one of their trained brand experts are some of the most professional ones in their field.

How can I register?

Please contact your distributor.

What does it cost and how do I pay?

It is a scalable service where the amount of help you use determines the cost.

The minimum cost is €20. After that, the cost ranges from €50 depending on the type and amount of help you need. You will be given a quote during the call and can decide whether or not to proceed. There are no hidden costs.

Once the case is closed, the cost will be deducted directly from the payment card you provided when registering.

Which languages are available?

At this moment, support is offered in English only.

How long does it take until I get support?

That depends on how busy the support team is at the moment.

How can I as a workshop invoice the vehicle owner?

Once the case is closed, you will receive a summary proforma invoice sent to your email address. It contains the information you need to invoice the customer.

Do I need SERMI certification?

For some coding and programming, you as a mechanic and your workshop need to be SERMI certified. Find out more about SERMI online.
